How to find the correct latest patch of LM-Service for the relevant SP level of Solution Manager system.

1. Go to the webpage http://support.sap.com/swdc.
2. Access Software Downloads in SAP for Me
3. Select the Support Packages & Patches fields
4. By Alphabetical Index (A-Z) -> Choose S
5. SAP SOLUTION MANAGER
6. SAP SOLUTION MANAGER 7.2
7. SOLUTION MANAGER JAVA STACK
8. SOLMANDIAG 720
9. Find the file with the name format LMSERVICE(XX)P_(Y)-80000341.SCA. Here XX stands for SP level of Solution Manager, Y stands for patch number.
   For example, LMSERVICE07P_5-80000341.SCA means the patch 5 of LM-Service for Solution Manager 7.2 SP07 and it can only be implemented in Solution Manager 7.2 SP07 system.

IMPORTANT: Starting with SAP Solution Manager 7.2 SP15, LM-SERVICE 7.20 (SOLMANDIAG) will persist in SP14 and only increment the patch number together with ST 720 (SAP Solution Manager ABAP component):

• SAP Solution Manger SP 14 = ST 720 SP14 + LM-SERVICE 7.20 SP14 P00 or higher
• SAP Solution Manger SP 15 = ST 720 SP15 + LM-SERVICE 7.20 SP14 P03 or higher
• SAP Solution Manger SP 16 = ST 720 SP16 + LM-SERVICE 7.20 SP14 P06 or higher
• SAP Solution Manger SP 17 = ST 720 SP17 + LM-SERVICE 7.20 SP14 P11 or higher
• SAP Solution Manger SP 18 = ST 720 SP18 + LM-SERVICE 7.20 SP14 P15 or higher

There will be a minimum patch number per SAP Solution Manager SP and it will be checked in SAP Solution Manager Configuration > Infrastructure Preparation > 2.2 Enable Connectivity > Check Java Software Prerequisites.
