2725035 - Exception CX_LMDB_NO_HOST when creating RFCs in Managed System Configuration of SAP Solution Manager 7.2

Following error occurs when creating RFCs in the Managed System Configuration:

   500 SAP Internal Server Error
   ERROR: Cannot find a host in the LMDB (termination: RABAX_STATE)

And the following dump is generated in t-code ST22 in the meanwhile:
