2725077 - How to Transfer the Access Rights of an Employee you Terminated to a Newly Created Employee

Symptom

You are in the process of terminating the contract of the Employee, and want to reflect their current accesses to a newly created Employee.

Environment

SAP CLOUD FOR CUSTOMER

Resolution

 

  1. Go to the Administration workcenter.
  2. Go to the Business Users view.
  3. Choose Business users tab. Look up the Business User DEF (DEF represents the new Employee you want the same access control for).
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Select Access Rights.
  6. Click Actions > Copy from Users.
  7. Via the value help, select the Employee ABC you want to terminate.

The access control will be reflected upon Employee DEF.
