2725088 - Fiori app "Maintain Employees": red highlighted dropdowns on screen "Create Employee"

It is required to create new employees using fiori app "Maintain Employees", but there are red highlighted dropdowns for certain fields, which do not offer any input value.

After clicking on any of dropdowns an error is raised regarding missing value helps:
