2725092 - HTTP Code 503 : Service Unavailable error in step Define HTTP Connectivity

Symptom

When configuring solution manager system in solman_setup -> Infrastructure Preparation -> Step Define Http Connectivity, the following error appears,

using http://<host>:<port> - Display Help
Error
SOAP:1007 SRT: Unsupported xstream found: ("HTTP Code 503 : Service Unavailable")
