2725424 - Mass Action button is grayed out in Executive Review - Compensation

Mass Action is greyed out when working on compensation forms in Executive Review.

1. Enable permissions in RBP for Executive Review Mass Action.
2. Go to Executive Review and see that the button is grayed out or not selectable.
   

Fields that are eligible for mass action are not editable.

Mass action is available to use with fields such as merit, lumpsum and editable fields. If these fields are not within the template or are not editable then the button will be grayed out. As long as at least one of these fields set to be editable the button will appear. Please note that even if merit is editable but has the split to lumpsum setting in Define Standard Validation Rules, then mass action is also grayed out unless lump sum is editable. In that case, only Lump Sum would be available in mass action.
