Symptom

  • You have a frontend system running Fiori and a back-end system where Enterprise Search (ESH) is set up.
  • Some or all of the users in the frontend don't exist also in the ESH backend.
  • When using the Fiori Launchpad, you are prompted to log in to the backend, even if no ESH call is made.
