Import Encrypted Background Information Data

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile

Importing encrypted Background Information data to the Employee Profile can be done by engaging SuccessFactors Support for running a job in the backend of your instance.

General guide for importing encrypted background information data

• If "File Encryption: PGP" is selected, the file needs to be encrypted with pgp
• If "Upload attachments along with Data" and "File Encryption: PGP" are selected, the file needs to be zipped firstly, and then encrypted with pgp
