The Recruiting Model Dashboard, also known as the Recruiting YouCalc Widget, is the dashboard seen on the top of the requisition list page which displays a graphical representation of requisition data. This is the only pre-built YouCalc attribute in Recruiting today. 

This KBA serves as a guideline on how to enable the Recruiting Model Dashboard.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Pre-Requisites:

1. Provisioning >> Company Settings >> Recruiting Application
2. Requisition XML is configured, loaded and tested

 Procedure:

1. Go to: Provisioning >> Company Settings >> Enable YouCalc Model for Job Requisitions
2. Grant user permissions to manage YouCalc Models:
• Non-RBP: Admin Center >> Administrative Privileges >> YouCalc Models
• RBP: Admin Center >> Manage Permission Roles >> Role >> Permissions >> Admin Permissions >> Manage Dashboards / Reports >> Analytics Tiles and Dashboards
3. Go to: Admin Center >> Manage Dashboards >> Manage Standard Dashboards and YouCalc Files >> Add from Success Store >> Recruiting Model
