SAP Jam Collaboration

To login as an external user in SAP Jam, the user will need to be given the correct URL. It will depends on the SAP Jam instance to login.

This should be a generic URL, see example below:

1. For BizX connected SAP Jam:
   https://jamX.sapjam.com/extranet/<SFcompanyid>.cubetree.biz
   
   X- is the Data Center number
   SFcompanyid - is the BizX company ID
   
   
   
2. For IAS connected SAP Jam:
   https://jamX.sapjam.com/extranet/<IASdomain>
   
   X- is the Data Center number
   IASdomain - is the IAS URL in a format "<IASID>.accounts.ondemand.com"

Note:

• It is not possible to change the email address of an external user account once it is created.
• So, if your SAP account email has changed, the Jam access with the old external user will likely not work anymore and you will need to be invited again to the Jam groups with your new email.
