2725496 - OY19 / SCU0: comparison cannot be scheduled periodically in future time.

Symptom

It is noticed that the comparison cannot be scheduled periodically in future time.

For example:

1) Schedule the comparison periodically in future time:

 2）Error TB 000 "PERIODICAL O" is output in the job log:

3) After the first execution, there is no new job is released for next execution.

*The problem doesn't happen if "Immediate start" is chosen.
