2725545 - Unable to view Direct Report's absence details under Team Absence Calendar

Pop-up message "You don't have the permission required to view absence information for this user." received upon clicking the Direct Report's absence inside Team Absence Calendar.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Time Management

1. Proxy as Manager.
2. Navigate to Home Page.
3. Go to "Team Absence" tile.
4. Click on the Direct Report's absence.
5. Received a pop-up message: You don't have the permission required to view absence information for this user.

The Manager doesn't have permission for Access Workbench under Manage Time.

To fix this issue, grant the Manager the necessary permission by following below steps:

1. Navigate to Admin Center.
2. Go to Set User Permission > Manage Permission Role.
3. Search for the Permission where the manager belongs to.
4. Edit the permission > Click on "Permission".
5. Scroll down to Manage Time.
6. Check the "Access Workbench".
7. Save the changes.
