2725712 - The Visit Type Field is Not Available in The Advanced Filter of The Visit OWL

Symptom

The Visit Type field is not available to add advanced filter of the Visit OWL.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Visits work center.
  2. Go to the Visits view.
  3. Open the advanced filter.
  4. The Visit Type field is not visible and cannot be added via adaptation mode.

Cause

The Visit type field is currently not supported in the Visits advanced filter.

Resolution

This is a new feature request. The idea has already been posted on the Customer Influence site. Please refer to the attached link: https://influence.sap.com/SAPCloudforCustomer
