2725748 - No Email Campaigns from preview instances - Recruiting

Email campaigns that are sent from a preview RMK instance are not delivered to the Candidate.

For security and spam reasons, CRM campaigns emails are not sent from preview instances (RMK stage instance) to addresses not part of the SAP domain.
This was put in place to prevent any erroneous mass sending of emails in this environment.
Note the same restriction applies to job alerts emails.

The email campaign feature can only be tested via the "Test Email" feature or by sending a campaign in production to test users.
