2725892 - Person Responsible Field Appears Blank in Customer Project Overview Report

The project manager has been assigned to the project, but when searching for the person responsible in the customer project overview, the field value appears blank.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Business Analytics Work Center.
2. Go to the Design Reports View.
3. Search for Customer Project Overview report.
4. Edit and filter the relevant Project ID.
5. You can see that Person Responsible field appears blank.

The project manager assigned to the project is not displayed in the Person Responsible field. Instead, you can search for the manager using the key figure called Project Responsible in the Customer Project Overview report. The Project Responsible field shows the header manager, while the Person Responsible field shows the responsible at the task level.

You can use the key figure Project Responsible to see the header project manager in the report.
