2726078 - Partial run of a query shows inaccurate values for the "actual logical reads" - ASE

• Partial run of a query shows inaccurate values for the "actual logical reads" represented by "l" in the "Index Scan Worktable1", "Insert WorkTable1" and "Stored Index" nodes.
• The "l" values for the three nodes are the same and different from the values for a full/complete run.
• This behavior is misleading for troubleshooting queries. 
• Below is just a small table with only 3072 rows; the larger the dataset the more inaccuracy of the values.
