Symptom
You created a workflow rule in C4C which you expect to be triggered by incoming content from ERP through replication. But the C4C determination you expect does not get executed.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer integrated with ERP
Reproducing the Issue
You create a workflow rule that is triggered by an incoming value from ERP with the expectation that this value will in turn trigger a C4C determination.
Cause
While it is possible to trigger workflow rules through values incoming from ERP, all C4C determination will at the point of an update incoming from ERP not be considered, as ERP has priority and C4C determinations will be overruled by the IS status from ERP.
For example: you have a Field Update workflow rule on the BO Sales Quotes that updates the field 'Reason for Rejection'. From this action you expect the Sales Quote Progress field to be set to Lost, which in turn will cancel the object.
Resolution
This is the current system behaviour.
