2726376 - Career Worksheet Gap Graph Does Not Show In All Languages

Symptom

Viewing the Career Worksheet shows the gap graph populating in one language but not the other.

Environment

 SAP SuccessFactors Career Development

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Development module
  2. Career Worksheet
  3. Click on Job Role I'm Considering
  4. The Gap Graph populates:

However, when you change the language to another and view the Gap Graph, it does not populate:

Cause

This may be caused by the competencies not being translated in the competency evaluation form.

Resolution

  1. Go to Manage Templates
  2. Open the evaluation form being used to assess/ rate the competencies for the role
  3. Click on the Competency section > Add More:

    4. Here you will see if the Competency has been translated into the other languages or not. Example below, you can see it only has English US defined:

    5. Click on 'Add Language' and select the relevant languages:

    6. Enter the translation and save

    7. Refresh/ reload your Career Worksheet page and the gap graph will now populate
