2726735 - Question Library - Functionality of Read only questions and Hidden Questions

The questions under the questions library are been "hidden" and read only but  hidden questions are still available for the recruiters under the job requisition where as read only questions are editable.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Login to Customer's instance
2. Navigate to Recruiting
3. Create a Job and add questions from the questions library

Read Only - Readonly questions are not editable questions i.e users can't edit the description nor the question response.But it has nothing to do with the way questions are added in the Job Requisition. User doesn’t have an option to update the answer range and the description or renaming the question.

Hidden - The reason for this is that hidden status doesn't have anything to do in question library. The framework of the questions library is (more or less) a direct copy from the Competency Library technology, which has had more features than we need for RCM; Such as the ability to enable/disable .This is an expected behavior.
