2726742 - In the Maintenance Plan, the Field Starting Value has Incorrect Format

Symptom

The Starting Value of Maintenance Plan shows wrong format.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Installed Base work center.
  2. Go to the Maintenance Plan view.
  3. Search and open maintenance plan ABC1 (where ABC1 is the maintenance plan name).
  4. Go to the Plan Definition facet and click on button Add Group .
  5. In the Add Condition Group window which opens, enter value under field Starting Value.

You will see it comes in format yyy.yyy.yyy (where y is any numberic value ).

Cause

For Starting Value ,we consider the time unit Day/Month/Week/Year. This is taken from the time unit maintained for the Value field but is just a numeric value and for large value it will show in format as yyy.yyy.yyy

Resolution

This is an expected system behavior.
