How to add involved parties to an installation point directly from the installed base, where it was created from.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer / Service

Resolution

You can use the following steps to add involved parties directly from the installed base.

  1. Go to the Installed Base work center.
  2. Select the Installed Base view.
  3. Open a random installed base.
  4. Select the Items facet.
  5. Select the relevant item.
  6. Select the Involved parties facet, under the Item details section.
  7. Click the Add button.
  8. Fill in the relevant information.
  9. Click the Add button.
