Symptom
- There are inconsistencies between old value and new value for OptInCell number. Old value is showing a word 'no' and the new value is a 'number'

Reproducing the Issue
Note: In order to replicate this scenario, the enable mobile apply from manage recruting site should be enabled.
Step 1: Go to admin center then recruiting
Step 2: Proceed in candidate search
Step 3: Look for a particular candidate, open the candidate then check the audit trail. You will noticed that there's an inconsistencies in old value and new value. See below for a sample screen shot
Resolution
As per the existing design, the field "Opt in SMS Mobile Number (fieldId=optInCellNumber)" is a derived field. This field have following value :
1.If a candidate enables SMS, then 'new value' in Candidate History page will be his mobile number
2.If a candidate opts out from receiving SMS , then then 'new value' in Candidate History page will be 'null'.
