2727182 - Solution Manager cannot connect to HANA database when Diagnostics Agent is running - Solution Manager 7.2

Symptom

  • When the Diagnostics Agent is started, Solution Manager CANNOT connect to HANA database.
  • When the Diagnostics Agent is stopped, Solution Manager CAN connect to HANA database.
  • The connection issues ONLY happen on the Solution Manager host. Other hosts can connect to the SAP Hana database server
