2727305 - Development Goals Tab Visible in Mobile App Even Though CDP is not Enabled/Switched on in Enable Mobile Features

Symptom

Note: For the purposes of this KBA the terms Goals and Objectives are interchangeable

  • The Development tab is visible in Mobile Goals even though:
    • Career Development Planning is not enabled in the instance
    • In Admin Center > Mobile > Enable Mobile Features > Modules > Career Development Planning is not selected or not listed
    • The user does not have RBP permission to view Development Goals
  • The Performance Goal tab is visible in Mobile Goals even though:
    • Goal Management (TGM) is not used in the instance
    • In Admin Center > Mobile > Enable Mobile Features > Modules > Goal Management is not selected or not listed
    • The user does not have RBP permission to view Performance Goals
