Symptom
- jConnect cannot show Japanese or Chinese error messages correctly when "japanese" or "chinese" is set to LANGUAGE connection property.
- Instead of proper localized error messages, jConnect shows question marks as multibyte characters.
- Here is an example of JZ00L (Login failed. Examine the SQLWarnings chained to this exception for the reason(s).).
Exception in thread "main" java.sql.SQLException: JZ00L: ???????????????????????????????????? ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????? SQLWarnings ???????????????????????????
