2727817 - The Employees are not Sorted in Order under the Resource Scheduler

Symptom

In the Resource Scheduler, an employees are not sorted in an order .

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Resource Scheduler work center.
  2. Go to the Resource Scheduler view.

You can see there are list of employees available base on there working hour availability, but are not default sorted in there alphabetical order of name.

Cause

Bydefault employee are not sorted in the alphabetical order of their name.

Resolution

If you want employees to be listed in order, you need to perform below steps.

  1. Go to the Resource Scheduler work center.
  2. Go to the Resource Scheduler view.
  3. You can see there is 3 dot option available, click on that action.
  4. You further have option as ascending/descending available here.

By selection the option ascending/descending, listed employee can further be sorted in that order accordingly.
