Symptom
When restoring full SAP IQ database backup using Networker, IQ server crashes and following error shows up in networker log (pid = 20704) (11/22/18 16:33:26.460331) create_iq_lib_specifier: lib_specifier = 'nsriq::SAPIQDB.1542031379.0.0./nsr/apps/tmp/iq_20704_1542922382.tmp' (pid = 20704) (11/22/18 16:33:26.460643) create_iq_lib_specifier: Exiting.
