The database can not start and following error is triggered in the KnlMsg/KnlMsgArchive file:
ERR IOMan 20037: Capacity of data volume NN in database configuration (xxxxxxx) does not match capacity in iomanager info page (yyyyyyy)
where NN refers to volume number, e.g. ERR IOMan 20037: Capacity of data volume 10 in database configuration (7124480) does not match capacity in iomanager info page (9172480)
