2728192 - Not able to create or edit the Test configuration, Test Data Container or logical component group on a productive/closed system

- When creating a test configuration, the error "SAP system has status 'not modifiable'" displays.

- After creating the new Logical Component group in SOLADM and performing synchronization in SUT management, the Logical Component group cannot be displayed in SUT management.

- You want to edit/create a test data container in a productive system and need details on what component or name spaces to open in transaction SE03/SE06.
