2728194 - Decimal numbers are truncated during upload - warning message

Symptom

When uploading a number with decimals in a template XML in the Migration Cockpit and a warning appears despite the number did not exceed the allowed decimals, the following warning message DMC_MD_INTERPRETER 037 appears:

  • " ... Line # is truncated during upload; maximum data length is #" or in newer SAP S/4HANA versions
  • "Sheet #, column#: Row # will be truncated during transfer"
