2728250 - System Owner missing menu options in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

When the system owner user account logs into the tenant, there are missing options like Security and Connections from the main menu.

SAP Analytics Cloud 

1. Log into the SAC tenant with the System Owner user account credentials.
2. Go to Menu and the Security and Connections options are missing.

User is logged in via an unsupported browser (for instance IE11).

• Use a supported browser such as Chrome, or Microsoft Edge.
