2728328 - How to Acivate Multiple Territories in Cloud for Customer

Symptom

You want to work with multiple territories in Cloud for Customer, however, you want to understand how the system will work while activating this funcionality.

Environment

Cloud for Customer

Resolution

Please follow the steps below to acivate the multiple Territories:

  1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
  2. Click on Edit Project Scope.
  3. Go to the step Questions.
  4. Dropdown Sales.
  5. Dropdown Account and Activity Managament.
  6. Select Territory Management .
  7. Search for the question "Do you want to assign an account to more than one territory"?

After selecing and save, the system will have the following behaviours:

  • The facet Sales territories will be enabled in all accounts,  this does not show while working on single Territory
  • The overide flag will not exist anymore, as the Account can be asgined to multiple Territories.
  • The Territories rules in configured in Administrator work center will be reach as a table and not from top to bottom to assign rules.
