2728389 - How to abort a CronJob

Symptom

Sometimes a CronJob is stuck in RUNNABLE or CONTINUED state, and it is not possible to stop it even when following either approach below.

    1. From the hAC
      Navigating to https://localhost:9002/monitoring/cronjobs and try to 'Abort cron Jobs', but get the message 'CronJob is not 'abortable''.

    2. From the backoffice
      Navigate to System > Background Processes > CronJobs and find the corresponding CronJob using its code, but find that the 'Abort CronJob' option is disabled.
