2728700 - How to Exclude a Party Role in Documents Transferred From ERP or CRM

Symptom

You created a custom party role and when releasing for example a ticket to SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C), you do not want the party role to be taken over.

Environment

Resolution

You can set a party role to ''Exclude'' and the system will not determine the party role in documents transferred from ERP or CRM.

  1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
  2. Go to the Implementation Projects view.
  3. Click on Open Activity List.
  4. Go to the Fine -Tune tab.
  5. Search and open the Tickets for Customer Support activity.
  6. Click on Maintain Involved Parties.
  7. Select the party role.
  8. Set it to ''Exclude'' in the Inbound Integration tab.
