2728762 - Default template name is showing instead of Job Requisition template name translation - Recruiting Management

When you try to create a requisition, the template name translation in a certain language is being shown as the default template name.

When you have a template name translation in the default recruiting language of the instance, this translation will be replaced by the default template name.

For Example: If your instance's default recruiting language is English US and you have a default template name (1) that is different from the translation in English US (2), the system will replace the English US translation (2) with the default template name (1).

To maintain consistency the recommendation is that the default template name should always be the same as its translation in the default recruiting language of the instance (For Example, if your default recruiting language is en_US, both the default template name and its translation in en-US should be the same).

As confirmed by Product Management, this is expected behavior due to a product limitation. The current workaround is to create a new requisition template using the desired template name as the default template name, since you cannot change the default name without creating a new requisition template.
