2728801 - Could not restart all jobs of configuration <Configuration GUID> - SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server

After upgrading to DMIS 2011 SP15 or DMIS 2018 SP00 the following message appears when activating a configuration in LTRC:

DMC_MDS_MAINT_EVENT156: Could not restart all jobs of configuration <Configuration GUID>.

There is also the following warning in the system logs (SM21) for the /1LT/IUC_REPMSTRE job:

SAP_RLFW_SWITCH_TO_RUNNING is invalid
