2729228 - Role Code is displayed instead of Role Description in Opportunity Sales Team facet

In the Sales Team facet of the Opportunity, you see that for the Role is the code displayed instead of the description.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Sales workcenter.
2. Go to the Opportunity view.
3. Go to the Sales team facet.
4. Add a team.

Result: In the column Role, the code is being displayed instead of the description.

The system is set up in a way that only when the Sales Team List pane is added in the Overview, the list will be preloaded in the Sales Team facet.

The description will be displayed once you edit the role.

Alternatively, please add the Sales Team List pane to the Overview facet as per the steps below:

1. Go to the Sales workcenter.
2. Go to the Opportunity view.
3. Go to the Overview facet.
4. Click Adaptation > Edit Master Layout.
5. Add the Sales Team List pane to the overview screen.
6. Refresh the Sales Team facet.

Adding the pane to the Overview will preload the list and its corresponding codes and the role description is now being displayed.
