Apply with Facebook can no longer be enabled in CSB.

Apply with Facebook is not supported anymore since the 2018 Q3 release. 

This is the expected behavior. "Apply with Facebook" is not integrated anymore with Recruiting Marketing. Hence, the switch to enable the feature has already been removed.
