2729333 - Apply with Facebook doesn't work anymore and I can't find the setup in Command Center - Recruiting Marketing

I'm not able to set up or use "apply with Facebook".

Apply with Facebook is not supported anymore since the 2018 Q3 release.

This is the expected behavior. "Apply with Facebook" is not integrated anymore with Recruiting Marketing.
