DNO_CUST04 has been configured with parameter BR_IN_APP_USED to allow creation of SMCR based documents in the "My Business Requirements" Fiori app while on an SP level pre SP06, but after an SP update to SP06 or higher the documents newly created using that Transaction type can no longer be viewed in the Fiori App.
