2729468 - Custom Report Navigation to Work Center Not Supported

You notice that some standard reports in the system provide a navigation to a specific work center view when you click on any specific value (e.g. Click on a Sales Order ID in the Report and that specific Sales Order screen is raised in the system).

You are looking forward to build your own report navigation to a work center view, but this seems to be unavailable in the system.

The custom report navigation is only available to be used by connecting two reports (A and B) through their values. For example, if you click on a specific value in report A, the report navigation to B will open another report, providing maybe some additional details on regards to that value.

The custom report navigation to work centers is something that is being considered by our development team to be implemented in the future

This is the standard behavior of the system.
