2729511 - Restore fails with "dbspace with name or path [name] already exists" - SAP IQ

When running a restore with a RENAME clause, you may encounter this error during the restore:

1> restore database 'iqdemo' from 'backup' rename iq_system_msg to 'iqdemo.iqmsg'
2> go
Catalog restore complete
IQ file pre-allocation complete
IQ data restore complete
Msg 13284, Level 15, State 0:
SQL Anywhere Error -1234: Dbspace file with name or path 'iqdemo.iqmsg' already exists.
You may get this error if you try to start the database:

E. 12/06 11:19:50. iqdemo.db is not a valid database file
I. 12/06 11:19:50. Database server shutdown due to startup error
