2729803 - RFC Error with Dump in My Leave Request Fiori

Symptom

There is an RFC error with short dump in My Leave request app.

The dump is in ST22 transaction with

Category ABAP Programming Error
Runtime errors MESSAGE_TYPE_X
ABAP Programm SAPLHRTIM00_TMWBUFFER
Application Component PT-RC

The dump refers to that the FM HR_BLP_READ_TIMEDATA is called with 'inconsistent' Dates (from 00.00.0000 to 31.12.9999).

A dump occurs also with transaction PTARQ/Test application in HCM backend system.
