2729803 - My Leave Request Fiori App: RFC Error with Dump in ST22

Symptom

When launching the My Leave Requests, it opens with a RFC error in the UI with an associated short dump in the relevant backend.

  • Error: "RFC-Error: The current application has intentionally triggered a termination with a short dump."
  • Runtime Error: 'MESSAGE_TYPE_X'. The OData request processing has been abnormally terminated. If you use SAP S/4HANA Cloud, please create an incident. Otherwise, if "Runtime Error" is not initial, launch ADT feed "Runtime Errors" or transaction ST22 / SM21 (system log analysis) for details and analysis.
  • Run ST22 transaction in backend - relevant Dump as below:
