2729873 - Fields Inside Offline Settings Only Accept Time Period of Days

Symptom

When inside Offline Settings, you cannot input anything other than Day(s) for some fields.

Environment

Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Administrator workcenter.
  2. Select Offline Setting.
  3. Click on General tab.
  4. Fill fields "Enforce online login after a time-period:" or "Delete offline data after a time-period:".
  5. Enter a time period, for instance, 2 Hours
  6. It erases the value

Cause

This is the current system behavior.

Resolution

The system currently only allows Day(s), not any other time period.
