2730049 - Not possible to modify the Mandatory Properties of the Postal Code field

You want to modify the mandatory properties for the Postal Code field but the option is greyed out.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Customers work center.
2. Go to the Accounts view.
3. Open a Account.
4. Go to Account Header screen
5. Edit the Account
6. Select the Address field
7. Go to the Adaptation mode.
8. Check the Postal code field; it is mandatory even it is not marked mandatory in the adapt.

You selected the 'Street Address Postal Code Required' tick-box in the Countries activity.

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Go to the Implementation Projects view.
3. Click on Open Activity List.
4. Search and open the fine tune activity 'Countries/Regions'.
5. Click on Edit Countries
6. Search the country that you maintained in the address of the affected account.
7. Go to the Postal Attributes facet.

Result: Deselect the radio button Street Address Postal Code Required.
