2730083 - Offer Approval not showing up in Action > Offer tab in application page - Recruiting Management

Offer Approval isn't available to select/isn't selectable in Action > Offer tab in candidate's application page.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to the job requisition;
2. Go to candidate summary page;
3. Select a candidate in an offer status, and go to their application page;
4. On the right upper corner, click on Action > Offer;
5. There won't be the option to create an Offer Approval.

There are a few reasons why this might be happening:

• The checkbox 'Enable Offer Approval' in Provisioning isn't checked;
• The Offer Approval feature permissions aren't configured properly in the job requisition template.
• The Offer Approval feature permission is not granted to the necessary operator role.
• The Offer Approval feature permission is not granted to the current application status.

For you to be able to have the Offer Approval feature available in 'Offer' tab, you will need to enable it in Provisioning, the backend of the system, and also configure it as described in our Implementation Guide: create an Offer Detail template, define Offer Approval feature permissions in the Job Requisition template, etc.

Please make sure that the Offer Approval feature permission has been configured properly and the user has the permission.

• The Offer Approval feature permission has been granted to the current application status;
• The Offer Approval feature permission has been granted to necessary job requisition operator roles (Recruiter, Hiring Manager, etc.);
• The user is assigned with the operator role that has the Offer Approval feature permission.
