2730397 - S/4HANA OP1809 - Contract opened in display mode when in approval - APPL_MM_PUR_OA_CON033

Symptom

In Release S/4HANA OP1809 you try to edit a Contract in tcode ME32K (Change Contract) but the transaction opened in 'display' mode and message APPL_MM_PUR_OA_CON 033 - 'contract is in approval' is raised.
