Symptom
- When adding a database connection using rs_init and this connection already existed as a primary connection.
- "rs_init" failed to validate the existence of the database connection and went ahead execute the rs_install_primary.sql.
- "rs_init" failed with the following errors:

Verified that 'sa' can log into Replication Server 'rs'.
Task succeeded: verify users and their passwords.
Running task: check the database.
Verified that database 'db3' exists.
Verified that SQL Server 'pds' supports replication.
Verified that the maintenance user 'db3_maint' is defined in database 'db3'.
Verified that maintenance user 'db3_maint' can log into SQL Server 'pds'
.
Task succeeded: check the database.
Running task: configure database for primary data.
Loading script 'rs_install_primary.sql' into database 'db3'.msg 9238, level 16, state 0
WARNING: "Settrunc() is not permitted when a Rep Agent Thread is currently running on the database. - DSI went down at replicated databases with the following errors:

THREAD FATAL ERROR #5089 DSI EXEC(115(1) rds2.db3) - neric/dsi/dsiqmint.c(5197)
The DSI thread for database 'rds2.db3' is being shutdown. DSI received data server error #208 which is mapped to STOP_REPLICATION. See logged data server errors for more information. The error was caused by line #10 of stored procedure 'rs_update_lastcommit' on the data server mapped from input command #3 (or a command before it) of the failed transaction.
