SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

A custom attachment field of type "multiattachmentselection" can be defined as a standalone custom field in offer approval template. Once it is configured, while initiating offer approval, the user will have the capability to add multiple attachments before sending the offer for approval.

Please note that adding or modifying a standalone custom field of type multiattachmentselection in the offer is only supported through the offer approval XML template. It is not currently supported through manage templates. Please reach out to your implementation parter to add or modify this field in the XML template.

"multiattachmentselection" is supported in both Legacy Offer Approvals and Mass Offer Approvals. For more information, please refer to Uploading and Associating Common Documents with Specific Job Offer.

To associate documents to the offer approval, we need to tick the checkbox of the document. If no document has been selected, it will show '0 document attached'.

NOTE: If there is a multiattachment or multiattachmentselection field that is referenced from the job requisition or job application template, this will not be editable in the offer approval. Custom fields in the offer approval are only editable when they are made custom reportable and multiattachment or multiattachmentselection field types cannot be made custom reportable.
