2730955 - The message when the maximum number of login attempts reached has been changed - SAP IQ

Symptom

You got the following error message when maximum failed login attempts reached with login policy.

Could not connect to the database.
Invalid user ID or password
SQLCODE=-103, ODBC 3 State="28000"

However, SAP IQ 15.4 ESD 1 and earlier was the following error message.

Connection disallowed by login policy for this user
SQLCODE=-1212, ODBC 3 State="HY000"
