2731149 - Print Screen is Not Working

When you try to print a screen on C4C (e.g. using the command Ctrl+P), a blank page is shown instead of the page content.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to any system page, e.g. Ticket view.
2. Click with the right mouse button and select the print option or press the keys Ctrl+P on the keyboard.
3. Notice that the page is returning in blank.

Print preview feature does not fall under C4C scope as it is not a feature of C4C.

The C4C system does not provide in-built print functionality.
